Proverbs - Take One
This was my first attempt at recording Proverbs, not long after having written it, and several months before rehearsing it with Morgan and Nando. Actually, I enjoy how the song is taking shape now. It has become much slower and gentler, and has turned into more of a contemplative song - and less of the driving, in-your-face attitude you hear in this track:
I will post rehearsals and/or performances of the song with the group as we get them done, and of course the slow “official album version” will come online someday soon. Stay tuned…
